European butter makes American butter look really bad. Considering the texture and flavor of even subpar butter, that's impressive.

Lived that one today. I actually thought it was Saturday and I was at one of our satellite locations, so I parked in a space with two hour parking except on the weekends. I had to move my car to avoid citation.

When you drive to the dinner venue with your windows up, no A/C, on a hot day, just so your bread gets a good final proof before popping it into the oven upon arrival.
