Was just looking through the new Yamashins and the Ko Bocho caught my eye.
Does anyone know what a Ko Bocho is supposed to be used for? Just like a petty for smaller, more intricate work?
Also, im a little confused by the blade length... it is not clear whether it is 120, 125, or 165 mm

Literally, the name means a "small knife.". It is an all purpose small paring knife.
Yeah... I am confused about the length too. It can't be 165..or it wouldn't be called a Ko Bocho.

The Ko Bocho measures 120mm. Sorry about the typo in the copy.
