Disclaimer: I will sound like a little school girl during this post as I'm so damn excited.
I just got an email from Anthony Walsh, the former executive Chef of several Oliver Bonacini restaurants such as canoe and Biff's Bistro.
He gave a word to the executive chef at a fairly new restaurant that I was a young esteemed individual looking for a mentor. Low and behold he said he wanted me in for an interview.
I'm so freakin happy right now, just gotta secure the job. Chance of a lifetime for someone as young as myself.
