I see absolutely nothing wrong with that pic, other than it is a pic and that bacon isn't in mah kitchen! lol

We sell it and use it in the restaurant.
My employer does all of our own curing, and all chaurcuterie in house. Along with butchering, we don't bring in anything that isn't a whole animal with the exception of beef.
