what one do you think is a better knife out of these two:

I like the Takeda better.
Stainless clad are easier to care for.
They're a little thinner.
The Takeda has a stainless tang.
The primary bevel is nice and flat and a little easier to sharpen.
It should be noted it's a lot more money than the Moritaka and these differences are small. The Moritaka is a better value if money is part of the equation.

If you are looking at Nakiri's in that price range, look at the Tanaka Sekiso Blue #2 Damascus, the Tanaka Blue #2 KU nakiri (a little rough around the edges, but a great performer!) and the Richmond AS Laser Nakiri. I have all 3 of the ones I mentioned and they all perform very well.
