I recently purchased the Tojiro DP Gyuto 210mm ,from which i am totally satisfied.
Now i'de like some advice on which sharpening stone or a combination of them should i have.
I intent to spend serious time on it.And also, which other "gadgets" will make my life easier (sink bridge etc.)?
Finally,i'm looking for a paring knife and a utility one,so what do you suggest?
Thanks in advance,

This set was made to handle most tasks. All you need in addition is a holder and maybe a flattening plate but you can get by with sandpaper to start.http://www.chefknivestogo.com/3pcstoneset.html
Here is the holder and flattener:http://www.chefknivestogo.com/xxcdiplandun.html

Now I like the sink bridge a lot more than a standard stone holder...but a stone holder will certainly do the job.
I like the 5 piece stone set Mark put together. It's a great combo of stones and gadgets.

I have an $8 plastic cutting board that fits across my sink perfectly. I put my stone holder on it and it works great for a sink bridge.

I build a sink bridge using scrap 2x4's from Home Depot and some smaller 1/2x4 pieces. Cushioned with some of the soft net-style shelf liner and it works great (and looks very rustic). I would really like one of Mark's but now that I have built this one with my own two hands, I cannot bring myself to buy a "fancy" one.
