Figured it might be interesting to see what everyone does for a living.
I'm a Project Engineer for a construction company. We specialize in water and wastwater plants. Basically do quality control, order parts, make sure our guys are building per plans and specs, and work with the design engineer to solve problems that come up.

I work security at a local University (usually 3rd shift) and have my own business for custom fishing rod building and the knife rehandles, saya's, etc.

25 years in the biz. Done everything from GM to exec chef to owned my own restaurant. Currently I run the fine dining aspect of our local country club. I'm the self proclaimed baddest line cook around. I've yet to see another that I can't smoke....

Similar story to Chop, but 23 years here. Now I'm a Private Chef to the 1%. I've worked NYC, The Hamptons, Jersey Shore, Lake Michigan, Phoenix, Highlands/NC, Ohio, South Florida:Palm Beach to South Beach/Singer Island to Star Island, France: Nice, Juan Le Pins, Saint Tropez, Cap d'Antibes, Super Cannes & Ramatuelle... so far.
