Happy new year, this is the second time im ordering from your company (the first tiem you were very helpful) I wanted to know your suggestion on which deba you would advise for me. I am a chef and I will be using it for fish butchery and as a cleaver also. please let me know Ive tred to call 2x but just got the machine. I would like to to place an order today.
when will you be getting more moritake's in?

depends on the size of the fish you will be cutting up.

Are we asking about two separate knife purchases? You mention a Moritaka which is a double bevel knife....are you wanting a Western deba or a Japanese single bevel deba?
