We get more complaints from delays going to 1 country over all the others. It's almost always customs. Can you name the country?

I bet detective Watson is right, home of Foster's beer and Crocodile Dundee, and horrible customs obviously.

Would have to go with Australia as well. I shipped something over there and it took 5 weeks with priority mail... Eesh

Surprised that Austrlaian Customs would give the knives that CKtG have that much grief. I know from personal experience they can be very fussy about certain pocket knives (as they have a quite liberal definition of what constitutes a 'flick knife', which are illegal here) but for kitchen knives I'm very surprised that they'd have too many issues.
Unsure on what basis they'd be flagging stuff, interested to know if anyone does.

At the moment, it seems Bahrain may take the longest. I have a customer who has been waiting well over a month. It's a bummer.

With all the unrest in that country, that wouldn't surprise me in the least Sue.

i bet it's my country that takes longest to ship. philippines! lol.
longest waiting time i had was 6-8 weeks, but that's a different seller. shortest was like 10 days. so it really depends i guess.
and it really is the customs that holds them forever then takes forever to tell you that your package has arrived, that's another 2 weeks sometimes.
and then after that it's all the exorbitant taxation laws we have here, don't forget all the corruption.... lol.... so if they think they see something they can profit from they'll ask for "extra" even after getting taxed an arm and a leg.
but then thanks to the corruption, i can find "loopholes" when it comes to getting taxed among other things. lol.

I thought Canada with all our customs and free trade would be the winner by a length!
