Mark I am looking for a 150 mm western style petty knife that is stainless steel. I do know how to sharpen, and I have been looking at your webstite obviously as well as Korin's website (they usually give us a nice percentage off) otherwise pretty expensive. I am looking around 120 or so

definitely check out the hiromoto, one of my favorites, but if 100 percent stainless is a must, check out the Suisin Inox.
