I'm an aspiring sushi/kaiseki chef, and though I'm still very wet behind the ears I'm the head line cook at a Japanese restaurant. I was referred to the main site from an Uchi chef, and have fallen in love with this place.
I hope to learn a lot about sharpening, knife care and good technique here, so thanks for having me!
