Hello everyone!

I'm an aspiring sushi/kaiseki chef, and though I'm still very wet behind the ears I'm the head line cook at a Japanese restaurant. I was referred to the main site from an Uchi chef, and have fallen in love with this place.

I hope to learn a lot about sharpening, knife care and good technique here, so thanks for having me!

HI, Folks. my name is Chris. I'm from the Denver area in Co. USA. I am a maker but I don't want to come across as a pump for my stuff. I will always answer questions to the best of my ability but I am also well aware that there is always a lot to learn from other like minded people. I have lot's to learn in this area and look forward to reading through the many posts...
