What a great resource to help me on my journey to the edge!! I thought i was good to go with $30 sharpener off amazon. Then proceeded to amass hundreds of $$ in sharpening products in the next couple weeks!!! And theres more more more!!!
i think i'm a lost cause. my wife is going to kill me.

Worst (Best?) part is now that I know I can get my knives screaming sharp; i'm eyeing up more steel. Of course that will need a new stone. I have a feeling this is a viscous circle.

This is a shameless first post to start getting my post count up so that I can purchase forum user specials!
I now have 4 CKTG knives. I just bought the two Goko specials yesterday in a moment of weakness.

Another knife nut here, although not so much into kitchen knives yet. But I have a feeling that will change...
