As for whether or not I prefer stainless, I don't know enough about it to be able to answer your question! I guess this is where I need your assistance!
As for the handle, I also don't know enough about it to answer your question! I know I want something comfortable because I do a lot of chopping/slicing and I am willing to spend up to $150 if I need to in order to get the knife that I am happy with, that will last a long time and meets my needs! I wouldn't mind a variety of price range suggestions though!
I have a friend that has a Shun that she really likes and I have read good reviews on MACs! Again, I am in dire need of advice! Seems like there is so much to consider I will be researching forever!
I heard dimples might be good since I cut a lot of veggies?
