I am right handed
I love sharpening and am good at it
More of a push cut kind of guy so a strait edge is more my type
Stainless is fine but I really enjoy carbon also. Some kind of semi stainless or cladding with stainless over carbon core would be cool.
Japanese style wa handle all the way.
And money depends on the knife. If the fit finish, steel, and craftsmanship is all top not h then it's worth good bucks.
