90° inclusive

That is a robust edge she's aiming for.

The reason for a sharp knife is because a dull one will cut you. Then she sharpens one handed while holding the stone with the other hand. I think we may have another frozen turkey on Thanksgiving moment coming up...

At every point the video gets worse in horrific ways. It's like getting sucker punched repeatedly.

She does that every day. Every. Day.

OMG! I had to turn the sound off...the grinding noise was killing me! Wonder why she didn't test the edge when she was done....lol

I really thought I'd seen the worse youtube had to offer on sharpening I was clearly wrong. Reading the comments on it are almost as hilarious as the video but no where near as painful. Main point whetstone should bet well wet. She obviously has no clue I'm so surprised she has any knife left doing that every day and surprised she still has all her fingers.

You can actually see how awesomely sharp her knife is on this vid https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bwCnkLdS75I where she is sawing through the onion.
