So I just watched both videos of the Richmond artifex and this one. Which of the two is a better knife? Or a better question would be which knife would you prefer to use?

Depends on my mood and what I am cutting to me the artifex is more like a lazer and the tojiro is more heavy duty in my eyes any way but I love both so to pick just one would be like having a room full of 1 million blondes that are all stunning and well let's just say not lacking in anything and asking to pick just one for the price they can't be beat they will serve well in a home kitchen as well as a pro kitchen. Sorry I couldn't give a better answer but if I was pushed I like aeb-l better than vg10 because it is a cladded knife. Bullman
