Enjoyed the video without the music. The knife appears to be both functionally excellent and visually stunning.

Was the video made with the OOTB edge?

Great vid as always!

As for the finger flip... force of habit? lol The blade didn't look like it had much problem letting go of food at all even with some minor sticking.

And again with the crusty bread! ;) That knife looks like it went through it as smoothly as it would the butter you might spread on it. :)

MisterJames - Was the video made with the OOTB edge?
Yes it was. nothing special OOTB, but serviceable. I assume most buyers in the market for a knife with this steel don't care much for the factory edge though. As for the music, I try to mix it up, but I'm all for requests. Any suggestions?

MadRookie - Why the finger flip with the butternut....stiction...????
There was only slight sticking, squashes can be a pain sometimes. DefMunky guessed right, it's just habit. I should have tried the other knives on the squash too. A comparison would have been great, but oh well, next go round...

Hmm... interesting song, but a little too far from the genres I listen to. I'm in the Dubstep kinda mood at the moment.

BTW, next video is for this beauty right here:

You're next up video was my favorite knife of the past year. I don't usually get attached to the stuff I sell but the kono with that handle hurt to let go.
