Love the grind, great F&F, sharp & quite the eye candy. Wish I would have used it before filming to get a more comfortable feel, but WOW, what a knife.

knife looks wicked, the tomato was impressive along with the bread. But the steak showcases how thin this is, on pull and it's cut

Another good video. I love the koishi line. I'm glad to see meat in the video. Don't see enough of that usually.

As usual great job with video. I liked the fade to black and white and back again. Slicing meat and the pineapple liked those.

Really liking these video's! The meat is nice; I cook with proteins a lot and slicing raw meat or rare meat is one of the components that I often find missing from the videos. I do a lot of veg prep, but there is always a protein with the dish, too.
