Hello, I currently own several stones purchased on your site. I will list them here so you can better advise me.

    320 diamond plate
    1,200 Bester
    5,000 Suehiro rika
    10,000 Imanishi

I am looking to fill a couple of gaps. Particularily between my 320 and 1,200, and also between the 1,200 and 5,000. So my questions are, which is better the Bester 700 and the Beston 500, and why? And secondly will the "Green brick" be a good stone between the 1,200 and 5,000 or is there a better option and why? Also one more, Will the Kitayama 8000 be a good fit between the 5,000 and the 10,000? Thank you in advance for your considered opinion.

    Thanks, Nate.

To best help, more info would be good.

      What are you sharpening?
What do you feel your current setup lacks?

The only help that I see that you may need is a stone between the diamond 320 and the 1200. The Beston 500 would be a good stone here to smooth the deeper diamond scratches before moving to the 1200.
