I saw the jdavis video, and I like the diamond spray and strop concept for a quick toothy edge.



I saw the glass Kangaroo strop you made for him and he likes it however, like the portability of the small strop.



What are people getting for the most part for doing this? Kangaroo, balsa, etc.., and what are you finding works out best for the most part..

Hi Darin,

I think he used the 2x6 kangaroo on the edge pro plate with .5 micron diamond spray.

If you're mostly doing free hand stropping you could use a bigger strop.

I remember him calling me up after he got this stuff and asking me how/why it worked so well? :)
