I own this knife and many others by Matt. I am not sure it is possible to have a better made handle (period). Matt is simply the best at what he does. The combonations he puts together are unique, fun, and very high quality. Matt is professional, great to work with, diligent, and a true master at his craft. I hope I can convience him to be my go to guy for my favorite kitchen tools for many years to come. Thank you Matt!
