I was going to finish these the other day, but I got some new stuff in and got side tracked and did these instead!

I really like these Hiromoto damascus knives. Edge retention is excellent.

The pine cone is great material for kitchen knives, the reason I really like it is because it has texture. Even when your hands get wet or oily you still have good grip. The handle looks great!
