I've noticed the #6 cleaver is touted as a great knife, does anyone have experience or know anything about the stainless wa-gyutos? Just wondering.

The CM knives from Sugimoto are good knives as I recall. They're a fairly basic stainless steel, with good F&F and a good grind. They're kind of a wa handled version of the Misono Moly's or the Masamoto VG knives.
