Oh no - Having had another look at the site, I'm now torn between the Goko Damascus gyoto, hammered damascus gyoto and the damascus sujihiki

In shape and weight, how much lower is the sujihiki than the gyoto?
Is it thinner?
Is the hammered gyoto really as thin as the standard damascus one?
Is the fit and finish on all the handles OK?

Which handle is it on all the knives?

We just got the Goko 240 sujis and we have a more limited supply than the others.

I didn't get a chance to get all the details on the site but I'll try and go in today for an hour and get it on there. http://www.chefknivestogo.com/goko1.html

I'm pretty sure the hammered gyutos are gone for good. They were seconds and had little scratches on the finish that looked fine. The regular damascus ones are clean with nothing wrong with them.

We were joking around in the office after seeing that. I suggested we waive any re-stock fee on returns if people draw us a self portrait on the box. I might do it!

The handles are the same. The height of the Suji will be shorter than a Gyuto. F+F can leave something to be desired, but not at the lower price point currently offered. These knives are thin. THIN.

You made a great buy on these Mark.
They look way more expensive. Obviously one of if not the best value on your site right now.
Anyone buying one can overlook F-F issues, I mean you can't buy a CUTCO slicer for $100
Sure it's nice when the knife has a custom handle and a fancy finish on the blade.
Sometimes one forgets the primary purpose of a Suji is to cut MEAT! :!:
