I was very impressed with my Masakage Yuki Honesuki, so I'd like to delve into their guytos. I'm hung up between the Mizu and Yuki. I know the safe bet would be to go with the yuki as i already know i like that line of knives, but the Mizu is interesting. I would like to own a kurouchi knife. Hows does the blue #2 stack against the white #2?

Those are very nice looking. So if you'd consider those, that opens it up to also look at the kioshi line as well. Priced in between these.

Looks like a real beauty as it should for the price. Handle looks similar to the Anyru rosewood which one of the nicest OEM handles.

Just when you thought it was safe to buy your first Masakage knife, they add more! I am looking to buy one too, but I cant touch the price point of that line, I may go Yuki, or Shimo. Probably Koishi though, I like the finish on those knives.
