I am looking for a large (170-180) nakiri that has a square tip and no animal products in it (buffalo horn). I would prefer stainless clad if possible.

All of these are stainless or stainless clad without buffalo horn ferrules. The second one on this list by Butch Harner is the best of the group. I also really like the Anryu (the first one).

Also, if you like a knife and want us to switch out the handle we can do it. We have a number of options for alternative handles with a handful of different guys.
