The Yamashin is a good value knife.
The Moritaka is typically a very good knife.
Never seen that Masakage, but from other wares of theirs I have seen, is sure to be a very good knife as well.
However, none of them are what I would recommend for a starter carbon.
All of these are clad in a very rust prone cladding (likely iron).
