I was wondering if the CCK Big Rhino is as functional as the Bone Chopper. Also is the bone chopper coated with stainless steel? Most of the other CCK blades look like blued carbon steel. I plan on getting a cleaver for dealing with ribs, splitting birds, doing wings and I might consider using the Big Rhino on hanging game. Thoughts would be welcome.

Can't help with functionality since I've never used or seen the Big Rhino.

But, no, the CCK Bone Chopper is carbon...it's just more polished than some of the others.
