Only used a 210 Yanagiba from Takeda and 240 gyuto in white 1 and blue 2 from Konosuke, but here is my opinion/impressions.

Both knives are 50/50 ground, and relatively stiff.

Differences are Aogami Super (Takeda) vs. White #1 or Blue #2.

Performance should be kinda close but from my experiences with each maker the Konosuke should slightly outperform, differences in finishes aside.

To me, the choice here is between a rustic finish and a polished finish.

Otherwise, the knives are going to perform very similarly. I prefer white over blue (including AS), but I'm a lowly home cook. :)

Both are going to be simply great knives....and I don't think I could pick between them based on anything except the finish. Sorry, I'm of no help.
