Hi Guys,
I am looking for tall , stainless , wa handle (preferably not ho wood) , 240 mm gyuto for home use. I am pro chef, pinch grip , have large hands and I know how to sharpen my knives. I don't want to demote any of my professional knives to home use either. It looks like Richmond Adddict is the option but whenever I am ready to buy it it is not available and when I am not looking for making another purchase it is available and then gone again. Is there any similar knives below $200 range or what is the estimated time of delivery for the next batch of Addicts ?
Any info will be appreciated

Thank You
