Trying to narrow down within the constraints of whats in stock :)
I like to have a bit of rock-ability in a knife.
I'm also a bit skeptical about the height of the Takeda gyuto hence the interest in the sasanoha (both at 210mm)
Anyone uses these knives and can give some insight compared to the Kono Deba 210mm (which looks rather drawn out for a deba)
Thanks

The kono deba is thick and highly finished. The Takeda is very thin, short and light so even though they're the same size they are completely different knives. The Takeda gyuto would be better for general purpose. The Kono would be an excellent knife for boning and filleting and even some chopping tasks.

Cheers Mark
couple other questions:
1. how's the belly on the 2 Takeda's compare if anyone knows?
2. Will you have any of these in 210mm soon: Kono Ginsan Gyuto Hybrid?
3. What about the next restock of Kono Fuji Blue #2 Gyuto 210 Ebony?

Thanks!
