Any recomendations between the Honesukis from Stephan Fowler or Takeda?
The Fowler is a really nice knife. I got to play with one for far too long now. Actually need to send that thing back.
Never seen the Takeda though...not sure if it's hollow backed or more of a 50/50 grind. Probably be a nice knife though, as most anything from him is.
