Looking for a saya for an Asai petty but I'm unsure about the dimentions inside of saya.

It's saya for a wa-petty with these dimentions
Cutting edge length: 120mm
Blade Thickness: 3mm
Blade Width: 32mm
Almost 135mm from tip to bolster

Can any maker/brand saya be used or will they not work for this particular knife?

I'm looking for something affordable without shipping the knife for custom fitting. I drill my own saya pin holes too.

Appreciate any help.

I have done Saya's from a tracing of the knife before, but I do them slightly bigger so they will fit. Shipping the knife will give a much tighter, cleaner fit. A 3mm spine on a Wa petty is pretty thick, most Westerns that I have done are around 2mm or less thickness. With the 3mm, is that right in front of the handle only or is it most of the way down the spine?

Yeah, it's a thicker petty. That measurement is from the front of the handle. I want to confirm that saya size is taken from the bolster to the tip, not the cutting edge length.

In this case since the measurement from the bolster to tip is roughly 135mm, I assume the 120mm sayas for the "average" pettys might fit too snug (not wide enough) and/or not be long enough for this blade correct?

Some of my sayas fit exact match and others are generous in length where an extra 1.5cm really wouldn't matter too much. So I didn't want to generalize that any maker/brand saya be used because it may not work for this particular knife.

Maybe 135mm saya will be large enough if anyone makes them... any thoughts?

A 150mm saya may fit length wise, but may not fit with the thicker blade. The blade width may be different, too. A saya for a 150mm petty will fit a 150mm petty, so they usually take in to account the blade and handle width of most 150mm pettys, but there are variations so there is no guarantee that it will fit. I had some 210mm gyuto saya's that didn't fit the Artifex 210 or my Kanetsune 210mm.

It's always tricky to fit sayas with knives that I have not tried. My guess is it won't fit. Try hooking up with Tim (taz575). He does really sweet custom sayas and they're nice.
Check out the last 2 on this page: http://www.chefknivestogo.com/sayas.html
