Got around to Melampus' Sukenari 240mm rehandle in Blackwood and Cherry, based on the Suisin Inox Honyaki part octagon and part oval handle, or Octaval as I call it! Simple handle, but feels great in the hand!

Then Todd's 3 knives. Fujiwara Terayasu petty, originally came with the western style full tang handle, now in Ironwood with 3 layer spacer. Takeda Nakiri with Blackwood, White Aluminum M3 and Silky Oak handle and a Shig with Bog Oak, Mammoth Tooth spacer and Curly Bubinga handle.

I have a Western style cleaver, 2 Nenox double bolster rehandles in Giraffe bone and a Wa rehandle for my back order list, and then on to some forum orders!! Went out to the shed and got out to the door, saw it was over 90 degrees in the shade before any lights/equipment was turned on and decided to go out early tomorrow morning instead.

Tim that silky oak is just gorgeous. Once again I'm regretting being a teacher only in that I can't afford one myself! Got to love handle porn...

Handle porn so needs to be a subreddit to go along with the KnifePorn one.

TIM <> Thank you for all your efforts; I'm really looking forward to handling that one. :) It's been through a lot... I think I got it in February, and I have yet to use it on anything more than one potato. In fact, that exact knife I have never used.
