Richmond Artifex 240mm gyuto converted to a Wa handle and thinned. Butterscotch Stonite ferrule and Kauri wood handle.

I posted this vid in the video section, but figured I would post it here, too. Big difference after thinning it!! I got this one stupidly thin, pretty much a zero angle edge from when I convexed the blade down to the edge, so I ended up using a natural Aoto stone and finished it on the Meara stone and leather strop.

LOL, no, video is at real speed! In some of the video's, you can see my watch and see the second hand moving.
