Standard ReHandle, Western or Wa: $60 labor/return shipping CONUS plus materials (woods, spacers, pins, etc). Wa's can be D shape (left or right), Octagon, Oval or Octaval, which is Octagon on the top, straight sides and the bottom is rounded like an oval.

Convert Western to Wa tang (includes Bolster Removal if wanted and satin belt finish blade refinishing if bolster is removed to blend the areas ): $20

Saya's:
Standard Saya's run $70 for up to 240mm blade length. $80 for up to 300mm blades. Includes several woods (Cherry, Walnut, Rosewood, Kauri, Lacewood, Bloodwood, Wenge, Bocote, Curly Maple, etc). Saya's finished up to 600 grit and then Tru Oil coated. Includes pin. Price includes CONUS shipping back to customer. I prefer to have the blade in hand to do up a saya for it so I can make sure it fits properly and the pin doesn't allow much movement. If the blade is not able to be sent, a exact tracing of the blade, tang and ferrule/handle needs to be mailed to me and the fit will be a little looser.

Working on a line of basic saya's in Basswood and Poplar that will be less expensive, but will only be sanded to around 220 grit or so and left unfinished.

Also working on a basic line of Wa handles with non stabilized woods. They will have a hole drilled into the handle, but left w/o the slot made and the exterior will be at an approximate 100 grit finish. Still working on a price for these, maybe around $35-40 shipped or so? This would let people do the final sanding of the outside, and then file the tang slot and install themselves. The woods would not be stabilized, so they may move in different temps/humidities.
