New knife (fanatic thin) is sitting on my doorstep, suffering through the heat. And I have a bike ride after work, dinner prep feels soooo far away!

Worse for me. Fed X left a note that a signature was required and another delivery will be attempted. That was Saturday and I just heard they may come back today, Tuesday. There is a Kono blue #2 270 Gyuto in that delivery which is dying to get out and I am dying to get into. What a waste of a weekend having to watch sports with no new knife to prepare with. Well, maybe not really a waste. Go Kings Go. Dammnnnn

I truly feel your pain Jamie. Surely the kono is worth the wait. at least you have sports to console you.

the OOTB sharpness was pretty good, i cant wait to get it on some stones though.
