I thought this might be helpful for new sharpeners so we're going to video some of Josh's in the office sharpening sessions. We set up a page in the sharpening service section where these will reside but I'll also paste them in here if I remember. Over time it will be a big collection. I'll move this over to the sharpening forum once we get it rolling.

When he was done with both videos (I'll post the other one in a minute) he came over and said, "everything went pretty well except I spilled water all over the floor in the first one and in the second video Alissa can be heard cursing. :)

I am just a newbie but

Do we need to start a fundraiser to get josh a faucet and sink plus a little radio and high chair. I suspect he sharpens more than 10 knives a day. Dixie cup!
