My thoughts: I think a suji would be the best idea. It's something everybody wants for that sunday roast, but deems it to be too specialized to invest in. Would be the style of knife great for a gift or a give away.

If it had to be a sharpening item. Like I said something you wouldn't buy for yourself but everyone would love to have in their kit.

Well with a total of 42 votes cast Mark went with the majority.
