 Post subject: What have I become?

What has this site and community done to me?! In the past three months I've bought 5 knives: 2 chefs/gyuto, a Sujihiki, a petty, and today a honesuki, and a stone set with a Kitiyama thrown in as a finisher. This site is like crack for cooks/chefs....I need more man....need my fix :lol:

Mark earns it - I've learned more about knives and sharpening here than anywhere else. it's only right that I buy my stuff here too.

So far I have 3 gyutos (1 210mm, 2 240mm), a 4" Ko Bocho utility, and a 6.5" santoku... and yep, we're just winding up good Sir! ;)

My in-drawer knife block is almost full of wa handles now... another couple of knives and I'm gonna have to find other places to put them... lol

Tojiro ITK bread knife

Fujiwara FKM 270 Sujihiki

Henckels 8" Chef (hold over from the old stuff)

Oh, and let's not forget all the sharpening/honing/stropping goodies ;-).

My knife drawer is full - time to start rotating some Gyutos...
