Well, seeings how mother's day is on Sunday and not only do I get to do my normal full on fill the pre-cut case for 8 hours, the head chef at our restaurant was told that he could pick anyone he want's to give him a hand, so you can guess who got tapped first off lol. So, since there will be a marathon of cutting, slicing and dicing I went a little heavy on the gyutos and I really didn't want to have to stop and strop. Since, I'm not a pro at posting pics, (it's a little small lol) here is the list:

Left side: Kono 240 white gyuto, kono 210 white gyuto, Kono 240 white suji, Tanaka 240 damascus blue, Richmond Ultimatum 52100.
Right side: Kochi 240 blue 2 gyuto, TKC 240 carbon/stainless, Richmond AEB-L 240 Laser, Shun Premier 8 in V-G10 (co-worker loves it), Richmond 210 AEB-L Artifex, and finally Shun 7 in Classic lefty Santoku V-G10. Could have busted out the Kain 240 AS or the Moritakas (those are gone for new handles :) or the Damascus nakiri or the 270 yanagi or the small Watanabe yanagi, or usuba, but I think these should work.
