Not sure if you guys caught the Bourdain Layover Toranto. He stops in an awesome little knife shop there called Tosho Knife Arts and picks up a Konosuke HD. Pretty cool. Here's a link to a clip of the segment.

I hear there is this pretty cool little shop in Madison, WI that deals in a lot of Japanese knives and stuff. Image

There's so many nice knife shops in toronto, including one called "Knife." Tosho is a great place to shop, Olivia is awesome!
