I set up a gift card page. These are in $100 denominations and customers can order multiples. I tried doing smaller amounts but orders under $60 will get charged shipping by the cart and then folks get mad. So I thought this would be better than nothing.

Once ordered I email a single use coupon code to the person that placed the order and they can put the code in a card or email it to a family member or friend. Here it is:
