I own one of these small Sasanohas. Great knife, really handy for smaller tasks.

I'm interested in the sasanoha, I would like an idea as to how much action it's seen. How much during rotation in service and how much sharpening...that sort. I own a mioroshi and it's held up very well in the kitchen.

Hi:
The knife has seen a few hours on maple boards in my home kitchen.
I use an Edge Pro Apex to sharpen. It has been been sharpened at 10° to 5K (Nubatama Bamboo).
Let me know if you need any more information.
Thanks,
Rick

Hi Rick,
I could go $200 on it straight up today...but I understand if this is of no interest to you. These are beautiful knives, clearly you've taken care of it and I would hate to waste your time.
