This one was done a Weber Genesis EP330 Natural Gas with smoker box. I also have a modified ECB smoker for the weekends. Want to get a WSM.

Jeff, That is a nice looking bird. Thumbs up on the WSM couldn't live without mine. Tend not to use though for poultry unless I'm pulling it. Like crisp skin.

Looks like you nailed it pretty well with your spinner though.
