Started with local PA grass fed Strip Steak and did a quick rub of Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Kosher Salt, Ground Black Pepper Strip Steak. Threw it into a 15 inch cast iron pan that was red hot. 3 minutes per side then in the oven for 3 minutes. Steak was 132 so I pulled it to let it rest. Then just some plain steamed broccoli with S&P. Added some quick oven baked chips threw them in another cast iron pan that was up to temp. Olive Oil lemon rosemary salt and pepper. Finished the steak with a Gorgonzola Dolce butter sauce.

Dessert was a gluten free brownie (king arthur) with a sunflower butter mousse. My quests were celiac hence the gluten free and despise peanut butter but love sunflower butter. The mousse was just sunflower butter, silken tofu and gf confectioners sugar.

My plating pretty much sucked and I'm working on taking better pics.
