Yes you read that correctly. Chicken. Fried. Bacon.

I got the idea from a silly "meme" online and had to try it. Turned out just as good as one would think.

The only thing I did "special" was par-cook the bacon to get things rolling. The grease from the par-cooking was used to make country gravy, to go on top of the bacon. :twisted:

Hehehe, yes izza good. I really think this stuff excels on a good sandwich. I always try to use to the grease to make something else like gravy, because as we all know: Bacon grease is a terrible thing to waste. :mrgreen:

I strain my bacon grease and save it for a lot of applications.

Stir fry
fried rice
makes great hash browns and home fries, grilled cheese instead of butter...

just to name a few
