The title says it all.

I have been a fan of Fish handles from the first time I seen one. and was lucky enough to score this cleaver last week. :)

Gona put it to work tonight prepping some veggies for dinner.

RIP Fish.

Yep Im pretty jazzed about it.

I think its either mango or curly maple. I have worked alot of Koa and so far have not seen any this light in color. Ill have to say Mango for now. Or Maple. OR well. i really dont know. My gut was curly maple.
