thank you ! For some strange reason it really does help you get that bond you have been looking for with your knife. Also afterwards, sharpening on the stones.... u get the idea i hope

Cutting yourself with a knife does actually help. It gives you a real "hands on" understanding of the cutting power of the tool.

There is a reason cops have to get tasered and peppered sprayed at the academy.
