Post subject: 240mm Gyuto, Heavily tapered to thin tip

Over Winter break I finished this 240mm gyuto with a heavily tapered grind; it is thick at the heel and tapers to a laser tip. The grind is slightly biased for the right hand, but the knife can be used in either hand.
The handle features a slim shape with black G10 liners and subtle dark purple burl from Craig Stevens.
52100 Steel (carbon steel) 240mm Edge Length 43mm Height 4.5mm Thickness at heel 1.5mm Thickness towards tip 220g weight Balance at the heel
